Vapor Blasting
Cycle house is proud to now offer in house vapor blasting. We chose to purchase this equipment to better serve our customers that are interested in restoring their older machines and those who just want to give some dirty parts some new found love!

Before we put anything into the vapor blasting, it must be thoroughly cleaned. Luckily we have an abundance of techniques available to us in house to achieve this!

Vapor blasting is a final process that can be done to most metal, steel, aluminum, and brass objects. Vapor blasting involves shooting a concentrated slurry under high pressure at said object. The slurry basically consists of microbeads, water, and detergent. The water in the slurry helps cushion the abrasives from leaving rough surfaces similar to dry media blasting. When shot at the object it smooths and finishes the surfaces leaving a smooth, shiny, and satin finish.

This process is the real deal when it comes to restoration of any parts that have been weathered or neglected. Take a look at the pictures on the right(especially the before/after ones).
